This Refund Policy describes how you can apply for a Full Refund and the instructions when you make a purchase from www.vurfen.com (the “Site”).

 

Return/Full-Refund Information

 

At Vurfen, we have a 30-day Refund and Return Policy. This means you have 30 days to Return and apply for a Full Refund after receiving the product.

In order to be eligible for a Return and Full Refund, your item(s) that you have purchased must be in its original packaging and containing tags. Along with the product being in the same pristine condition it came in. It is also required that you will need Proof Of Purchase, this can be your order number.

With this email, please state that you are wanting to Return the item and gather a Full Refund. You must also provide Pictures of the item(s) you are wanting to return. With approvable reasoning.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a Return Shipping Label, which contains the address of where you need to post it to. You will also be provided with instructions on how to return the item(s).

Damages, Issues To The Product

 

Please take a close, deep-look on the item(s) you have received and see if it is defective, damaged or contains any flaws within the product. If you purchased multiple items, check if you have received all the products.

 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

 

Certain types of products cannot be returned. Such as; obvious signs of the item(s) being worn/used, along with the items having any personal damage done. Vurfen will also not accept returns of any dirty, smudged items due to wear.

 

Final Details

 

Once you have sent the item(s), we will notify you via email once we have received and examined your return. We'll also tell you if we have approved your Return or not. If approved, you'll automatically be Full-Refunded through the original payment within 10 working days.

Please note it can take longer due to your bank/credit card company to process and post the refund to you.
