What payments do you accept?

We accept all credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX).

Delivery/Shipping

When will my order be shipped?

Every order will be shipped from our storage. Please note: Orders may take an extra 3-5 days to deliver on holiday seasons AND sale seasons.

We aim to process our orders within 1-3 working days we need to Check Authenticity first, then pack and send your order to the Postal Office.

We may contact you if your order needs extra time to check authenticity.

We do NOT ship on bank holidays.

How long is your shipping time?

Based on where you live, your order may take around 2 weeks to reach your doorstep.

Is there a way to return an item?

Yes! If you wish to return an item please press the 'Contact' button, and fill out necessary details.

What if the item(s) I ordered are wrong or damaged?

Please contact us immediately if you realise the items that you were sent are damaged, incorrect: size, color 

OR product. Please include your order ID, as well as photographs of the item(s)

 and all relevant information regarding your order.

Vurfen Customer Support will try their very best to resolve your issue ASAP.

Can I cancel/change my order?

Vurfen aims to process orders as fast as possible in order to prove our shipping times. If you wish to request any cancellations and changes to your order, you have 48 hours to do so after purchasing. Your order can be returned for a Full Refund after you have received it.

Will I be charged with customs and taxes?

Vurfen charges TAX VAT on the products they sell. However, the prices displayed on our site are pre-tax in UK Pounds, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. This does not apply for the EU countries or UK/US.

Just please take note that your country may charge you Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office.

Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by Vurfen. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.

When will I receive my refund?

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 5-10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.

If you haven't received a credit for your return yet, here's what to do: Contact the bank/credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is posted to your account; it depends on how fast your bank is at taking refunds onto your account.
